Hello again
This will be my last post about my expirience volunteering . I'm sitting in the airport , my fligh take off in 4 hours, so I decide to use this time as a closure for my blog. First of all I have to say this has been by far my best expirience ever I ever had. I can't belive it happened and now I can't belive it's over . I feel this has really changed me , I look at things so differently now. Such an open-eye experience. Coming here I didn't know that to expect , I honestly didn't expect I could ever get attachet so much to a place and to people in only a year. I feel I'm letting part of my family. I'm so sad... But I still exited I will be reunited with my familie and friends back home. This is really bittersweet , but I'm sure I will come back sooner or later. This trip has taught me that we all can make a diference , that culture differences don't separeted us , they can bring us together, there is ALWAYS something new to learn . And that you can find friends in most strange place!!
Lots of love ,
Alina
Hi everyone !!
These are the people of the first aldea we went to.
I arrived to the Amazonas Forest a couple of weeks ago . It still amaze me how wild and beatiful nature is here ! I have never experienced such a incredicle experience , if you never had been here you should really added to your buquet list. This is by far the most stunning place i have ever know. But is obviouly not all that great , the humidity is terrible and in the tents we don't have a lot of comforts. Our work is very hard , we try to rescue the trees and bring health help to the natives of the area. This people are a true inpiration , they have an enormous respect for the nature and they know it perfecty. This forest is their home . The first time we came to the aldeas they were very defensives but after a while they let us help them. The comunication was a big issue but we did the best we could. After a while the start openend up and they taught us a lot of thing regarding the trees and the creatures . They even gave us a natural medicene to calm to mosquitoes (they were everywere !!!). But the true reason of this post was to tell you about our trip to the capital of the city Manaos. We  went there asked by the Maire and had an historic tour , honestly as much as I was enjoying the nature it was really nice to go back to a city and buy some essentials suplies.

Bom dia!! (As they say here)
I just arrived from the Brasilia airport ! I was so exited i couln't sleep during the 16 hour flight. It's 8pm here, but it's still sunny . The weather isn't that bad at all , i'm really enyoing the warm temperatures !

This are some of the stunning picture I could take of
the capital of Brasil
As i arrived to the airport the director of my organisation came to pick me and others volunteers up to take us to the hotel where we will be spending the night. As I was in the car it really amaze me the beautiful architechure of the city of Brasilia . Joao the dirctor was really nice and politite he ever gave me a little cultural tour before arriving at the hotel. I even had the oportinitie to take some photos .As it's the frist night , we are staying in a hotel but tomorow morning we will be in tents . They will call a meeting for all of us and talk about the tasks , i haven't talked to most of the volunteerins so i'm really happy to have a dinner-reunion to get to know everyone.

I'm really happy to be here but i'can't wait to do the real volunteer work !!

I just called my family to tell them that i'm ok.
I won't have internet in the tents but i will try to write as soon as possible.

Ps: I'm sooo happy i brought so much suncreen with me !! Even if the climate is really enjoyiable , i just learned the hole in the ozeno cape is terrible here!!
